SHIPPING POLICY
Zevr is proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders (excluding clocks) to all U.S. destinations excluding Alaska and Hawaii.Please note that orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. While determining the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.
All orders are shipped fully insured against damage, loss and theft by Zevr.

APO/FPO orders are shipped using the US Postal Service. Delivery on these orders can be delayed up to 10 days.
Please Note:
All orders are subject to verification procedures. Once verification has been made your order will be shipped. All orders take 1-3 days to process depending on the verification process. Our verification system is in place for your protection. These procedures are meant to ensure that no one is improperly using your credit card. Our Customer Service department may contact you if additional information is required. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. A tracking number will be made available upon shipment. Please log into your account to obtain your tracking information.
Jewelry Shipment
Orders for Jewelry (non watches) will take up to 3 days to ship after verification is done.
If Billing and Shipping Address are different
If you would like to ship your credit card purchase to an address other than your billing address, that address must be listed as an "alternate shipping address" with your credit card provider. Simply call the phone number on the back of your card and request to add an alternate shipping address. This measure is for your protection and ensures that you have authorized Zevr to ship the item to an address other than your primary address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Signature Required
Since all packages are shipped insured, a signature is required prior to release of the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at time of delivery to accept and sign for the package.Before accepting the package, please inspect it for any sign of tampering or damage.
Payment Information
We accept the following payment methods:
* All major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
* PayPal. (As per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the confirmed address on your PayPal account.
* Wire Transfer (If you would prefer to pay via wire transfer, please contact our Customer Service department and we will provide you with wire transfer information.)
Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Every order shipped domestically within New York State is subjected to 8.625% sales tax. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State tax laws.
RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at sales@zevr.com. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
- Please follow the return instructions that will be emailed to you.
RINGS
- RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- 60 DAYS: Item must be returned within 60 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- New Condition: Items must be in new condition. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Zevr (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Very Large and Very Small Ring Sizes: Ladies rings sized above a size 8 and below a size 5 are considered special orders and are thus not returnable. (Exceptions can be made depending on the style of the ring. Therefore please contact us BEFORE you place an order if you believe this may be a problem.)
- Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).
EARRING & PENDANTS
- RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- 60 DAYS: Item must be returned within 60 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- New Condition: Items must be in new condition. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Zevr (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).
BRACELETS
- RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- 60 DAYS: Item must be returned within 60 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- New Condition: Items must be in new condition. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Zevr (i.e. bracelets that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Altered Bracelets: Bracelets that are resized (larger or smaller than the 7 inch stock size) are not returnable or exchangeable.
WATCHES, CLOCKS, SUNGLASSES, ACCESSORIES AND NON-JEWELRY GIFT ITEMS
- RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- 60 DAYS: Item must be returned within 60 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- New Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition. Watches and clocks must have all original tags intact, original manufacturer's packaging and documents. Items that have been altered (i.e. watches that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
LOOSE STONES
- RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- 14 DAYS: Item must be returned within 14 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Exchanges are not returnable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not returnable. There will be a $25 shipping fee for the exchange unless the difference between the original order and the exchange is $200 or greater.RESTOCKING FEES
Because all of our jewelry is made to order we incur significant costs for items returned for a refund. Therefore we are forced to charge a small restocking fee on items returned for a refund. Without the small restocking fee, we would be forced to raise our prices significantly and greatly reduce our enormous selection. Restocking fee for items returned for a refund are:- Gold: 5%
- Palladium: 7%
- Platinum: 15%
Shipping and insurance charges incurred are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders include:- Special metal requests that are not available as a regular option on the website (i.e. platinum 18k, pink gold, etc.).
- Special requests for items to be made with diamonds or other gemstone that are not offered as a regular option for the item purchased.
- Our stones set in customer's jewelry or customer's stones set in our jewelry
- Items created at a customer's request that are not normally available on our website
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking fee will be charged. If work has not begun, there is a minimum charge of 2.5% to cover lost processing fees. Special order items carry a 20% cancellation fee.If you have ANY questions concerning our Return Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
